Erica O’Connor is Geotechnology’s Human Resource Manager. She will direct and coordinate all human resources functions for Geotechnology’s ten offices, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and development, safety, and employee relations. She will also be responsible for compliance of federal, state and local requirements.
Erica O’Connor’s Background
Erica has more than 15 years of human resources experience, having served in HR Management and HR administration roles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Human Resource Management through Lindenwood University.
