Frank Callanan was made vice president at Geotechnology. Originally from Ireland, he’s been a working professional engineer for 26 years. Since joining Geotechnology in 2002, he has managed many prominent projects in the St. Louis area, including Lumiere Place Casino and Hotel, River City Casino, Ameristar Casino Expansion, MetroLink Cross-County Extension, Callaway Nuclear Power Plant and the Missouri State Health Laboratory. As leader of the Development Market Team, Mr. Callanan manages efforts to acquire new business in the development and transportation markets and build strong and lasting relationships with developers, institutions, real estate firms, government agencies and the design-and-construction companies that conduct their projects. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and a Master of Science in geotechnical and structural engineering and geology from Cornell University.
