Justin Donovan manages construction materials testing (CMT) and non-destructive testing operations and staff for the Geotechnology, Inc. South Region, specifically Tennessee and Mississippi. He oversees a technical staff of more than 14 field representatives. In addition, he performs various field engineering tests and observations. These tasks include verifying the bearing capacity of shallow foundations, reinforcing steel verifications, deep foundation installation monitoring, and static pile load tests.

Justin received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Mississippi in 2006. In addition, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
