Overview:
The Lenexa Logistics project consisted of the construction of a 354,900-square foot, cross-dock warehouse.
Lenexa Logistics Project Background
The proposed structure bears on shallow foundations and has tilt-up concrete walls and a structural steel-roof frame. The dock pavements will consist of Portland cement concrete. Additionally, the truck drive and employee parking areas will consist of asphaltic concrete pavements. A modular block retaining wall, approximately 500 feet in length, is also planned along the south property line. Grading of an existing drainage swale and south access road is also included in the project.
